Riley construction was founded in 1975 by John Riley. John was raised in the Rideau Lakes area, and as a teenager started working with his father (Ray Riley Construction) before becoming a lead carpenter in the carpenters union. John worked in both commercial and residential construction. John recognized the need for high quality construction, good customer service, honesty and innovative concepts, and so Riley Construction Inc. was founded. Riley Construction quickly built a reputation for the highest quality craftsmanship and quality service.
In 1994, John's son Steven began working along side his father; and in 2015 joined John as co-owner of Riley Construction Inc. Over the years, they have built their client base on word of mouth and referrals. A majority of their clients have been valued customers for over thirty years. All of our projects, from small renovations to million dollar homes receive the same dedication to high standards and customer satisfaction. Riley Construction Inc. has had several projects recognized in articles in various lifestyle magazines.
